How long is a typical home care visit?

Visits start at 30 minutes and can run to several hours. Most families begin with one or two visits a day and adjust as needs become clearer. There is no minimum weekly commitment.

Will we always see the same carers?

Yes. We deliberately keep care teams small so you see the same few familiar faces. If a regular carer is on leave, we introduce their cover in advance wherever possible.

How quickly can home care visits start?

After your free home assessment we can usually begin care within a few days, and sooner in urgent situations such as hospital discharge.
