Crossways Care Services Ltd (company no. 14512341) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry or job application through this website, we collect your name, contact details and the message you choose to include. We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about the care or role you asked about. We do not add you to marketing lists and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our enquiry management system, which is access-controlled and available only to authorised Crossways staff. Email notifications containing your enquiry are delivered to our office inbox.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case your information is managed under our client records policy, which we share with you at assessment.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@crosswayscareservices.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand how pages are used. No personal profiles are built and no advertising trackers are used, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
